Robert Skinner

Robert Skinner did some fairly expensive job in my house. I had tape bedding loosened, wrinkling and I had to call that down, re-taped and bedded. He went over it again and textured the corners, so that they can be painted. He didn’t do any painting but just did the pulmonary work and also put up a chair rail 36”molding in our living room and hallway and did a pretty good job with that. The work he did was pretty good but the only thing was that he gave me a price which when he got done I had kept tracked his hours and worked out to about $45 an hour which is in my mind a little bit expensive but he did worked pretty efficiently and he did reasonably good job. So I would say that his charges were a little bit high but he did come on time as I had told him to start between 9 or 9.30 and he was always right after 9 whenever he comes here. He worked six hours lot of time as he was doing another job in the meantime. He let me know and kept me informed of what he was going to do. He did a pretty good job.
