Handyman Service
Rick is our regular carpenter and project fellow for this small condominium. He always inspects the project and makes a proposal. The Board authorizes the work and it is scheduled. The job is always done in a workmanlike manner and proposal never changes. In this instance, a fire hallway door would not close on its own and without being closed firmly by hand. Rick figured the problem was that the door frame had not been soundly mounted. He placed wedges between the frame and next structural member and tightened and trued up the frame and adjusted door closer. Door now closes as desired. His crew is neat and cleans up the worksite every day. John
