It was a good day when Don was referred to me by my real estate agent.  He submitted a bid in competition with two other contractors all of whom appeared very competent and capable of doing a good job at a competitive price.  Don was very thorough in explaining exactly how he would do the job, the problems that might arise, alternatives and any impact on the quoted price.  Don and his three sons performance of the work exceeded my expectations.  They were very flexible and when they found small things that may have been a basis for increasing the scope of work, Don pointed it out and went ahead and did it within the original agreement.  It was a pleasure to work with Don and his sons on this project.
