replacement windows
+ -1 moreThese guys were great. While it took a while to get the windows ordered, they were great. Now we can open the windows that used to be picture windows, and we can actually keep the windows open that were broken--it's great! One of the windows came without the lift spring on the side, but the installers said we could hold back a bit on the final payment until it was fixed. And, they did come out to fix it promptly. Aside from the joy of having new windows, I have to say that the sales process was great with Prime, and the installers were polite and clean. They really did a great job, and I'm proud to recommend Prime.
Description of Work: Replaced 10 windows on the west side of our home.
