Pedro Arteriga

. Started out with different contractor that removed the ceramic tile in entry way, kitchen and laundry. They did a poor job so I ran them off with the thin set sitll on the concrete floor. That's when I found Pedro. He looked at the job, gave an estimate slightly over half of the other contractors, and told me when he could start.
He showed up on the appointed day, went right to work leveling the floor and removing necessary thin set. Once the floor was level he started laying the tile. Work progressed rapidly. Not once did he try to increase the price, say it was more than he bid or anything of that nature.
In short Pedro proposed a more than fair price for the work, arrived when he said he would, cleaned up after himself every day, worked diligently at the task, did a beautiful job and then charged exactly what we agreed to without any arguments.
If I ever need tile work again Pedro is the one I would call. I can't say enough good things about how happy I was with his skill and work ethic.
