She was very much on our side as the seller. I feel like, oftentimes, the real estate agent may push to get your place sold as quickly as possible and if that means going down on the price, then sometimes there's some pressure on the seller to take the first offer, even if it's not the asking price. She was very thorough, doing many showings and multiple open houses for us, I really felt like she worked for the money. She was very responsive, put in the leg work, and was really helpful all the way through. She far exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely use her services again, given the chance.
Price was 5% of the selling price, with 2.5% going to The Real Estate Consultants and 2.5% going to the buyer's agent.
