They built us an amazingly beautiful home for a very reasonable rate and they honored their warranty for two years after the construction. It was fully custom with access to their plans. It exceeded every wild expectation I would have. You are going to have problems building a home, but they were not insurmountable. Their team was willing to work with me and I'm still married to my husband at the end of it all. There were so many nightmares, but I have a beautiful home with Jenn-Air appliances and high-end finishes. A lot of them were standard. They built it on my lot and were very professional. I can't say enough good things about Partners in Building. They do building developments in different areas and they also do custom builds on your lot, which was what I did. I looked at all the big guys, but none of them had a home as beautiful as theirs for that price. They all had tract homes, but you couldn't even really customize them. The regular full custom builder you're in a lot of risk that they are going to run out of money and cancel. Partners were just very well capitalized and we came to them at a time when the market was in the toilet. It's a really good company to work with. It took them about six months to build a property over 4,000 square feet, so they were on it. We did a lot of upgrades and bought a lot of other stuff in our all-in cost. We put in a driveway and all kinds of stuff. If I ever build another home I'd definitely use them.
