National Rubberized Roof Coating of El Paso

Dan has coated at least ten properties for me and I have not had one leak on any of them. Great guy with a great product.

They were very prompt and did what they came to do. Their guarantee is good, so I will use them as often as I need to.

This company is owned by Cheryl Fineron. Mr. Dan McClennen (sales/service) rep provided an estimate and detailed his workorder to assure I was comfortable with the nature of work to be performed. He explained the work the work to be done, the materials and how the process would take place. He was prompt, professional and throrough with the application of the coating on my roof. He also explained and left me documentation of the warranty. He also provided me with a complete reference list of clients in the El Paso/New Mexico area and asked if he had my permission to add my address/name contact info to the list to which I said yes. Mr. McClennen also informed me that if I had any furher leakage after the roofing was done to simply give him a call and he would address it. After applying the roofing material, it was several months before we had a good rain.... I noted a small ceiling leak in an area that had leaked before the roofing applicatioin. I called him and he was very prompt in coming out to the house and applying additional coating.... unfortunately, for those of us who have flat roofs, we know they are difficult to deal with.... I did call Mr. McClennen on two more occassions for the same leak and he was very prompt in coming out and appying more sealannt... he had also previously let me know that this can happen on occassion but that he would come out and make it right..... and he did. No more leaks.... We are very pleased with the customer service of this company, their sales rep, Mr. McClennen and would recommend this product and this company. You can find their company vehicle and quot;stagedand quot; around West El Paso along Mesa and sometimes along Doniphan and the price the company has quoted on the side of the vehicle was accurate in my case. Our home is quite large and has alot of sq footage for its roof so $4300.00 was a great deal. We found Mr. McClennen to be down-to-earth, honest, trustworthy, forthright, courteous, conscientious and skilled.
