WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! He solicited and purchased our property acting as our representative in the sale also. Ultimately accused us of "Failure to disclose", filed suit against us, and altered the terms of the sale (in his favor) about 24 hours before closing. Did not meet his promises nor legal obligations to us, causing us to have to file suit also. If I could give zero stars, I would do so.

Matthew McLeod was our buyer agent. Helped us look at houses. He helped us negotiate with the sellers. Helped us find a home. He was very willing to spend as much time as needed with us. He basically walked us through the process.
