He was very professional, very knowledgeable, his team performed better than the expected and when we do other areas of the house we will be using him again.

When I called Mario, he was able to come the very next day to install our floors. He did a wonderful job -- the quality of the flooring installation is very nice. I would absolutely use him again and plan to in the future!

The work was well done - we got exactly what we asked for. He was very reasonably priced, and did the area (~650sf) in 2 days. The floor was sanded, stained to match the color of some new hardwood we put in the rest of the house, and sealed with a satin polyurethane. He installed all of the floor moulding to match the color that was put on the floor.
We were under the gun to get the floors finished because we wanted them to be done before the movers came to move all of our stuff in the house. We gave him 4 days, he did it in 2. He even came back the next day and installed the trim for the new hardwood floors we had put in a few days before - we couldn't have the trim installed when the new floors were put in because all of the new trim pieces had to be ordered and they didn't come in until after the new floors had been installed.
The only downside I had with working with Mario was a small language barrier. He spoke Spanish, but spoke some broken English as well. I was able to fully communicate with him through his nephew, Arcadio, who was always working with Mario. At times, it was frustrating to have to go through s middle-man to get any discussion complete, but it was not that big of a deal.
He showed up late once, and early twice. It would have been nice it he had been on time each time.
He only took cash or check, which was OK, but we prefer to pay everything with our CC so that we have some protection in case there is a dispute.
We would definitely use him again in the future.
