Marcell's Cleaning Service

Marcella showed up on time for our estimate and was super kind. I explained what I needed done in the house since I'm currently 9 months pregnant and unable to get down to scrub the floors, dust my fan blades, etc. On the day of the service, I was not home but allowed her access so she could clean without me or my family getting in the way. When I arrived home ... holy cow. Let me put it this way ... I've used well known cleaning services (i.e. Molly Maids, Merry Maids, etc.) and although they always pretty much met my expectations, Marcella EXCEEDED them. Everything in my home (and I mean everything) literally SPARKLES. She made my carpet and suede furniture look brand spanking new. The appliances in my kitchen look better than they did the day we purchased them. Even the clocks high on my wall are shiny and dust free. I like to think of myself as a fairly "tidy" person, but never in a million years would I have been able to achieve what she did on my own. I can't think of a single thing she could have done better, and she absolutely has earned my business in the future. Thank you Marcella!

Ms. Raven gave me an estimate, and then arrived with a helper, wearing a uniform shirt and bringing all their own supplies. They were right on time. I have a big 3 bedroom/2 bath house with tile and hardwood floors, and she brought a new, clean mop so as not to bring anybody else's germs into my house, which I appreciated. I was impressed with how quickly they were in and out of my house, but the work was thorough. I would definately recommend Marcell's Cleaning Service to anyone.
