She and her helper Luis came out promptly to give me a bid. Since it was a small job she said she could fit me in quickly. Came in a few days later and demolished box lights and installed recessed lights and light over island. Measured for new cabinets with cabinet guy. Arranged to have the new cabinets installed the following Wednesday at 11. I waited around the next Wednesday until after 11 and finally called. They had forgotten to tell me the cabinets were not ready and they were not coming. I had my husband who is very savvy and smart go to install the new kitchen light over the island. The light was not correctly centered and when they started looking at it they realized Luis's idea of support for a new light fixture was to throw a 2x4 over the dry wall and attach a box to it. Needless to say, the light would have fallen at some point. My husband and a friend had to cut more holes on the ceiling and fix it correctly?..this after I had already had the ceiling taped, floated, textured and repainted. Thank goodness I had hired my own painters that were fabulous. They did not even charge me again to fix the mistake. 
Next came the cabinets. They were only about half of what we had agreed upon?the back was not even finished. When I called them back they came out and left ply wood on my front porch. They did finally fix it. The drawers on every thing they did are still on the process of being reworked by my handyman. 
Lisa is nice and means well, however she really had no idea what she is doing. Luis her helper is not acceptable. They have no care for quality. I have learned a lesson. Wait and go with someone who is more in demand. 
On her behalf the backsplash she helped me choose is beautiful. The granite?not so much although Sublime Granite did a great job cutting it?the color is off. 
Oh Well! Live and Learn. Hope others learn from my mistakes.
Will say price was not bad but quality was ?therefore it is hard to grade. You get what you pay for?
