I would give her outstanding grades. She was calling to see how everything was working out. She was extremely helpful when we were moving and when we were gonna move in with our daughter, she put us on to some guys to unload the truck and stuff like that. She was above and beyond helpful. She's always on top of her game. She's always cheerful and knowledgeable. She didn't have up days and she didn't have bad days. She was just on the ball every single time we dealt with her. She was standard on her price.
