We paid half down and he didn't want anyone there while working. He finished the work hurriedly and said he didn't have time to check the sprinkler system before he left. He was always really busy. He didn't test the sprinkler system and they had put spikes in the irrigation line. He hauled in a lot of flagstone and pea gravel for half of the backyard and supposedly graded so that we would have flow with the french drains and NOT into her house. At our original request, it was suppose to have been decomposed granite instead of pea gravel. Have tried contacted him no less than 15 times! At first there was a response that he was too busy. We knew we had his guarantee for 2 years to make it work correctly. Now, we have contacted 3 different phone numbers that do not work and I have emailed; and am waiting for a response. Extremely disappointed for an 85 yr. old to waste money and have a house that is flooding each time it rains!!

Josh Howells has done work for us and we were very satisfied with the quality, punctuality, knowledge, and his equipment to get the job done in an efficient manner. The last project began as an additional area to be covered by a new sprinkler zone. The project grew to additional sprinkler system areas and control boxes, then a field turned in to an orchard with automated irrigation. He dug tree holes, dug trenches and allowed us to work with him to lower the cost. His expertise was such an asset to make sure the projects were successful. We began with a project that was going to take three or four days and kept him and his awesome helper, Decker, busy for a month. We knew when he was coming and if there was a reason he wasn't going to be there. They worked hard and efficiently and did the job right.
