Houston Luxury Auto

.Im starting an Electrical Contracting business, so I was looking for a service van with latter rack and shelfs.  I went to houston luxury auto they had two ex Comcast vans. I decided on one ,I ask why van hasnt been inspected since 10/11, Naima who works for Houston luxury auto said it was a yard van, i said no it has a latter rack and shelfs it is a service van. She assured me it was in good shape. They also said they would take care of inspection. I took van to my mechnic he walked around van but didnt drive it,  he said it was ok. I bought van for $4900.00.  I went to auto suppy and bought all fuilds , filters, spark plugs for $191.00 then took van to my mechnic.  He allso put in fuel injector total cost $331.00. After tune up he noticed van didnt run right , then did a compresson test which revealed a bad cyclinder. I called Naima at Houston luxury auto and said I want my money back ,van has a bad engine. She said I will fix it. She kept van for a week I kept calling . She said her mechnic was busy she would find another mechnic, she did, I told her have him call me first. I finally got phone number from her for mechnic.He said it had a bad head but engine was good, I said thats good to know , whats the quranteet on rebulit head he said 3 months, I said no, that I would have it towed to my mechnic. he said I will have it back together by 3pm today saturday, I said I will have it towed monday to my mechnic. My mechnic received van monday , and noticed the other mechnic didnt do nothing but a compresson test, claiming engine was good. I called him asking what did he mean by saying have it back together by 3pm. He also left his compresson tool in van, he wouldnt come to my mechnics shop, instead he sent his daughter to pickup tool. My mechnic removed engine and opened it to discover a bent valve scrapping against cyclinder and rocker was broken, engine had to be replaced. I called Naima at  Houston luxury auto and told her she needs to come to my mechnic shop and see this , she did and agreed to pay $1500.00 less than half of engine . She said I will call you in a couple of days but never did. The Texas Department of public safety is investigating the  inspection sticker, the van wasnt properly inspected. After I bought van I noticed the wipers were broken and check engine light on.  I have a case in court against Houston Luxury auto for $4450.96.  Rebulit engine $3689.00  ,   Parts and labor on bad engine $521.96, towing $125.00,  and court cost.   The people at Houston Luxury Auto are liers and theifs and should be put out of business
