Window Service
They were quick. They set up a date and came on that date. They did the work. We had a great experience with them. They were great. They did a good job. They worked well. The only problem I had was that one guy put his hands all over the window to put it in, but then he never cleaned up his prints. Otherwise, they were very professional.

They never showed up between 1-3pm, which was the appointment time. They never called to even say where they were or to reschedule. My husband and I took the time off work to make this appointment and no one showed up.

Appliance Repair
The washer and dryer were a great deal, but the warranty was crap. The dryer, the heating element stooped working. It stooped working the second of January and we had someone finally come out last week. I want to warn people not to get the extended warranty. They changed warranty company so we got stuck with the sucky one. If you purchase a washer and dryer from them, even though you purchase the extended warranty, you have to call up and get the warranty started yourself. There compensation for being with out a dryer for so long they gave us a 30 dollar gift card.
