I had been transferred to another state with less than three weeks to move and get my house sold. We put our house on the market on a Thursday and were under contract that Sunday. We signed closing papers less than a month later. While this was an extreme case of the right buyer and seller meeting the realtor was the reason why it happened. The staging expert that came to our house made everything look perfect for the professional photographer to come in make everything look even better. We had 34 showings in the first 72 hours which was more than we could have even imagined. They kept us informed through every step, and were always available to answer any questions we had no matter how elementary since we were first time home sellers. There is no higher recommendation that I can give to Hilton Realty.
