Hernandez Plumbing

I cannot emphasize enough how professional, prompt, courteous and honest Hernandez Plumbing was every time I dealt with them.  They are licensed, bonded, and insured, and although the mainstay of their business is commercial, they also service residential properties.
Despite not having a dedicated receptionist, they have excellent communication, and will call you back within an hour or two if they couldn't answer the phone due to work.  
The properties I called them for are two renovated historic homes, both of which Hernandez Plumbing had been the contractor who replaced and updated all the plumbing. 
I called them to come out and take a look at the tub faucets, hose bibs, and one of the kitchen sinks.  We agreed on a time, and they arrived a few minutes early and went directly to work.  They were incredibly honest, and explained that all of the work that needed to be done was covered under their warranty policy, and that everything would be repaired free of charge.  
They even replaced the kitchen faucet, which they weren't even responsible for, since the prior owner of the homes had bought them at Ikea.  Hernandez plumbing showed me replacement options, and they ordered, paid for, and installed the new faucet -- which looks strikingly similar, but of much higher quality than my original faucet.
Honestly, I can't believe that a contractor like this isn't already rated on Angie's List.  They are very much under appreciated at this point.  I would hire them again in an instant, and recommend them to family and friends.
