Doug was extremely helpful to us when we called him about a leak on an old central A/C unit. He discovered the leak and repaired the drain pipe which had clogged. Within about two weeks the A/C stopped working as the motor had seized up. The unit was over 15 years old and was not worth repairing. We looked at a couple of options to move the unit as it wasn't in the best location but decided it was too much more money to install in the attic. Doug left the unit in the closet but set it back further so he had to repair the mount and ceiling attachment. He also added an additional vent to improve the efficiency. He made a couple of trips to get different boards, supplies, etc. The stated price included all of the installment issues he encountered and the total of the installed unit and he never asked for any more money nor complained that it was more difficult. Sherry kept in constant contact with us to let us know when Doug would be there and if there was any change. Doug also recommended an electrician that worked out well. The new A/C and heater work perfectly.

Every time we have a problem with our air conditioner or heater, Doug is there to help us.  He is very easy to get in contact with and very professional to work with.  We've used other air conditioning companies in the past and Flour Bluff A/C by far exceeds the quality and price of all others.  I'm the type of person who doesn't give reviews unless there's a problem, but we've just been so impressed with Doug and his team that I feel it's only right to post a review when we're extremely satisfied with a job (jobs) well done.
I would highly recommend Flour Bluff A/C & Heating and will use them for any A/C or heating problems I have in the future.
