Fix It Home Repair/Renovations

The work was to commence the later part of May and as July 17, 2013; this provider has failed to complete the trim work.  Unfortunately, this provider failed to properly manage the work performed by his workers. Most of the trim work is uneven, cut too short, left gaps between pieces, etc.   I brought my concerns to the contractor; however, it appears this contractor did not care about my concerns or the appearance of the work.  Under estimated the cost of supplies and materials and went over budget by $900.   Used wood that was not weatherized and now this wood is buckling. The worker responsible for painting did less than quality job.   Basically, I am left with fixing the problems or having this gazebo torn down.  Will never use this contractor again!!!!  I truly regret ever initiating this project, lesson learned.
