Property Management
He is very reasonable for any repairs I have him do. He is helping me get a house ready to rent. The paperwork he sends is always clear. He is pleasant to work with and I know what he does is always in my best interest. I have complete trust in him. I never feel taken advantage of. Any time he has to do repairs, they are always fair and always needed. He is a nice young guy to work with. I pay 10 percent of what the property rents for. I also use him as a leasing agent and his costs are half of what other leasing companies charge.
