Diamond Contracting

He did a very good job and was very conscientious. He was very detailed and did very good quality work.

It started out good in the beginning. Diamond Contracting home address is 302 Nesbitt Dr. Trinity, Texas. The crew was at work everyday. The work that was done was good, but some of the things that were agreed upon in the contract were not followed. The owner of the company is Dominic Diamond and his wife is the bookkeeper. He purchased items (dishwasher/AC unit) and we purchased some of our own items. The items he purchased we don't have any receipts on. For example after the dish washer was installed It flooded the closet in one of the bedrooms. They were supposed to come back and redo the flooring, but never did. When the AC was installed there was a leak that stained the ceiling. We called them back out and had to pay extra money because Diamond contracting said the leak wasn't on their end. Now, we didn't get a leak until they installed the AC unit. Anyway, after a while they stopped showing up for weeks at a time. We would have to call. They would start other jobs and just leave us hanging. We were living out of one room of our home. They supposedly purchased paint for our ceiling that we never got and to this day the ceilings are not painted. We agreed that to cut cost we would do the painting, but we never got it. At the end we were so drained from trying to remind them of things and trying to get them back out for things they didn't do until we finally stopped calling. This was a lesson well learned. It started out as a headache then it escalated to a nightmare.
