We are very happy with our new patio cover.
Upon moving into our new house one of the improvements we
wanted was a covered and screened patio.
We scheduled estimates from two companies that we found on Angie?s List.
The other company was not able to include the screening.
Deck Masters was able to include the screening.
Austin, our estimator, suggested we not screen in the entire
porch due to the irregular shape of the patio and the location of our bedroom
windows.
As result, while the entire patio is covered only a portion
is screened.
Austin took care of getting the required approval from the
city and assisted me with completing the form for HOA approval.
They used all cedar materials with 6x6 corner and middle
posts. (The three additional posts are 4x4s.)
The screened portion includes a 27 inch wooden ?tongue and
groove? looking partial wall under the ?pet grade? screen.
The also included a custom made door.
We are looking forward to spending many mornings and
evenings having breakfast and dinner on the patio. (Not to mention spending
time with the grandchildren out there.)

They service was all good. The people they sent out did a good job, and cleaned up. I am very happy with the results. They had the best price.
