He came promptly and cleaned the fireplace and chimney with no mess.
He let me know that the chimney looked like it was in good shape.
While he was there I asked him to check out the dryer vents. There were two because the original vent was full of a bird's nest. He removed this and cleaned both vents. Then he added a grate on the dryer vent that will prevent animals from getting in and making a nest again.
Adam also cleaned our chimney just before winter set in. At that time, he inspected our chimney cap and dryer vent. Neither of which needed any work. Hes a clean cut guy with a professional manner. I would definitely hire him again. My only regret is that the great job he did in the rental bathroom now makes my own bathroom look pitiful. Maybe that will be next.
