I was told the estimated time for completion of the indoor shutter installation would be eight weeks, so I made the down payment of $2300. I have tried to contact Chuck and was told it would actually take ten weeks. At the ten week point I called again only to be told now that it will be twelve weeks. I am thoroughly frustrated with the process so far since I have been told three different completion times and have already paid half of the amount for the work to be completed.
