Gotta say right off that the crew did a fine job. Everything looks real nice. The problem I have is with the work ethic. First, was told by the owner, Scott Morton that crews would be there around 9am every morning. Most times crew was there after 10am and took long lunch breaks. Job was quoted as lasting a month, Actually lasted closer to three. Scott would "make suggestions" to my mother while I was at work and without my agreement would change or add things we had not agreed on in original contract thus raising his final price well over the original bid. His argument was that he "assumed" my mother and I had talked about the changes. We had not. I authorized the work and signed the contract and was paying for the job, ALL changes SHOULD have been approved by me BEFORE work was done. I'm not saying Scott was trying to cheat me, he's a real nice guy. Just not such a good businessman in my opinion. Could not recommend him.
