Amazing.  Brannon called back promptly to schedule a visit.  On the date of the visit he called first thing in the morning to confirm the details of our location and what we wanted done then let us know he would be "right out."  And he meant right out.  He was professional and courteous.  I explained in more detail what we were hoping to accomplish (get a light switch out from behind a piece of furniture and light up a bookcase).  I wasn't sure where the attic access was so he helped me search the house for it.  It was a super-tight fit inside the attic and other electricians had refused to even go into it but Brannon and his helper shimmied right in without a pause.  After looking over everything, Brannon made a couple of suggestions that we hadn't even thought of for lighting the bookcase that were much more effective than what we had been thinking.  He worked quickly and was happy to explain what he was doing to my kids, even.  I'm thrilled with the end result, even more than I think I would have been with my initial idea.
