Chad was very professional and polite. He provided an estimate, and while here looking over the prospective job he offered ideas and insights into what might be the best way to procede with the job. He was very knowledgable of his craft; an articulate good communicator. I felt he truly listened to my ideas and definitely worked towards achieving my goals at a reasonable price. He and his helper worked hard, seldom took breaks. Very conscienous to details. Beautiful wood workmanship. I highly reccomend him!
