What took me so long! My father and mother have used Chill-Co for forty years and I was recently told my sister also uses them. Called at 5 PM on Saturday and a/c was repaired by 6:30pm. Won't be using anyone else in the future.

I have used him for about 40 years. That's how trustworthy they are. I would leave my key under the doormat and they would come in, fix my AC, drop the key in my mailbox, and send me the bill. They are great. They know what they're doing. I have coupons for whatever they do and they check the AC.

They were prompt and did a great job. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them.

service was prompt and thorough as always; I have used this company for my heating and a/c needs since 1987 and have never had any problems or complaints, if I ever felt something needed a second look they were always very prompt with their follow-up, I have lived at two different addresses since starting with their service in 1987 and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, my last house had a gas a/c unit when we purchased it and I can say that they kept that unit working years longer than I had a right to expect; they finally installed a heater and a/c at my last house a few years before we sold that house and we never had any problems with the new units which also happened to have been manufactured here in Houston; when we bought our next house in 2004 they also kept those units working in spite of their age and we finally replaced both the heater and a/c in early 2007 when the heat exchanger finally cracked and because of the trust I have in them we went with their recommendations all the way and they used the same local manufacturer which saved us money, they put in a bigger unit than we had before and we faithfully have the units serviced every sping and fall and have been very satisfied; they are also very good at checking for warranties on any units you currently have to be sure they are able to give you the best price possible for the work they perform. I will be mvoing out of town early next year and I will sorely miss doing business with this company!

I have been using them since 1978. I used to teach in a school and would leave my key under the mat. They would come in, fix what ever needed fixing, leave the bill, drop the key through my mail slot and that would be that.

This was a HUGE job!!! The following is a detailed list of what all they did.
1. Remove existing heater and duct work.
2. Install a 3 ton, 13 seer condenser, matching gas heater, transition, evaporator coil, and plenum.
3. New return air can and all supply round Silver Flex ducts (R-8).
4. New complete duct run to bathroom
5. Copper freon lines and drain piping
6. New double wall vent system for heater
7. Standard Thermostat and control wiring
8. All new register boxes
9. Change on 12x6 to 12x12
Basically, I had the old central heat and duct work removed and a whole new central A/C Heat system and duct work installed. This was a big job and it took two or three days. But they were great!!! The work came with a one year labor warranty, ten year all parts and compressor warranty, and twenty year on heat exchanger warranty. To help keep my system tip top I have them come out twice a year to inspect everything and do any needed maintenance. My parents have used this company for their A/C Heat needs for probably around twenty years and I plan on using them for as long as I live in the Houston area. They are very honest and I would not trust anyone else.

I called. Chill-co arranged to meet the tenant and the unit was repaired in a timely maner. I have been using Chill-Co for years and will continue to do so.
