The shower tiling went well.  He carefully watched over his tile guy but spoke rudely to him.  At one time he yelled at him using the F-word which our whole family heard.  I asked him not to use such language in my house and he apologized.  The shower worked out well but had low spots that wouldn't drain as it should- but it doesn't leak.   The paint job was terrific.  The retexturing was spot on.  When fixing the tub drain, Charles knocked the porcelain on our tub, leaving a chunk missing.  He said not to worry, he was insured and had a guy come resurface our tub.  No problem but then Charles disappeared.  He didn't pay for the resurface so the resurface guy had to ask us for the money.  Charles wouldn't answer his phone for me or for the tub guy.  I paid the tub guy around $300. Very strange behavior.
