I only contact them by phone. We didn't have him out last fall, because we didn't have any bugs at all. He treated half the floor that we live in. He did our old house when we were in the process of moving out. His price is less than what my husband's previous pest control person had charged, and he was much more effective. He is very reasonable with his pricing, very thorough, and knowledgeable about his work, and we found the treatments extremely effective. We haven't see n a bug, and we do our treatment once a year. He even did our yard, we adopted two little dogs, and the groomer found fleas on them. I called Ron to come and spray the back yard, and he didn't find fleas or anything and I sort of insisted but I didn't want ticks in the yard. I then remembered that my husband had taken them and let them run at the golf course, and maybe that is where they got the ticks from. He is very thorough, very honest, and I would trust that man with my own life. I had a scare one time, an exterminator can out and said we had termites, and I called Ron, who promised me that there was no evidence of termite. He brought out the wood from under the house to show me. He goes above and beyond.
