Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel, Handyman Service
Bryan showed up everyday, did quality work and stuck to the budget. He made the arrangements for the electrician and plumber so that all I had to do was choose the paint color. Bryan was pickier than I was about the quality of the work. I am very happy with my beautiful new shower.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel, Handyman Service
Mom is 84 and in bad health. She is under Hospice care. I took off work to be with her during the repair work on her bathroom.
Mom got Bryan Smith's name and number out of the local newspaper. He came out on Friday afternoon (by himself) and bid the job and said he could start the following Monday and it would take 3 days to complete the job. This was an emergency situation. There was a water leak and the floor was mushy and buckled up and Mom only has 1 bathroom. Since he could get right on it, Mom hired him.
Bryan showed up on Monday with his 2 children ages 4 and 7. He brought his children all 3 days and they stayed all day long. So instead of taking care of Mom during the repairs, I got to babysit 2 children for 3 long days.
His tile work was good but he left the base boards and the vanity scarred up. When I asked him about it he said "we could get some touch up paint". Like we were the ones that messed it up. If you want to babysit his kids while he works (and they are good kids) and do your on "touch up painting" and pay almost twice the price then he's your man.
****Mom told him I had taken off work to take care of her because she was sick and his wife could have taken off work and taken care of her own children. Mom deducted $75.00 dollars from his pay for babysitting and he was HOT!
