Plaster Repair
From start to finish: Called and he came out the next day and did the estimate. Once I called and gave him the deal on Sunday they came out Tuesday and started prepping the pool(chisel, acid wash etc). Came back out on Thursday and installed plaster and explained how to take care of it.
