His first name is Eduardo and the reason I had hired him to do the tile because, when my daughter had her house remodeled, the contractor used him for tiling the floor. She was very happy with the tile work, and I have been to. He worked with the insurance company and got the proper documentation. He pretty much did the work, and if I wasn’t happy with something, he made sure that he corrected it. I should have really gone with porcelain tile but I didn’t because I liked that Mexican tile look. I am happy with him but I think I should have really gone with something sturdier like porcelain. He is reliable and seems honest to all the detail. He works with others and he worked with my contractor and he worked very well in doing his part of remodeling. I understand from my contractor that he seemed well prepared as far as unsealed tile being laid out on the floor. That tile is not very leveled because it is handmade so they really have to be very careful when they are laid out and grouted and everything. The contractor himself said that he did a very good job on that.
Description of Work: Blanco Tile Company did tile flooring for me. He put in Saltillo, which is a plain Mexican tile.
