They forgot to apply grease when they replaced the ball joints which caused a lot of noise a week later. A local Goodyear store noticed this when I brought the SUV in for an oil change. They asked me if there was anything else they could help me with and I mentioned the front end noise.
Better Deal also did an oil change when the Expedition was in for the ball joints. They forgot to replace the crush washer on the drain plug. When I got home, I noticed oill dripping on the floor of my garage. I added a quart of oil so that I could make it back to the shop the next day. The owner/manager complained about my SUV leaking oil on his shop floor after I brought it back. Nice! I had to return my GMC Sonoma 3 times to get the A/C fixed. The initial bill went from under $500 to over $1000. This shop is the cheapest around. And they definitely are the worst.
