They were an "okay" buy. I found the installation mediocre and expensive for what they did. It was about $70 to program my remote. I mounted the big screen TV on the mantle above the fireplace. They drilled 4 holes that they didn't have to. I guess they didn't follow the template very well. I wasn't very pleased. They were slow in responsiveness. They were punctual. The quality of the components I bought were fine.

They are terrific. I was last there yesterday. They are very very helpful because computers and me we don't get along as long as they are working, as long as they are doing what they are supposed to do we get along. If nothing doesn't work for various reasons, the first time I call them, and over the phone they work with you every thing. Am pretty sure I pay for it but its worth it. Yesterday it didn't cost me anything. My son e mailed me and said that I needed to have my email account checked he thinks its have been hacked. The first thing I did was to go to the bank and make sure there is nothing wrong on my account. Then I carried the computer into best buys and he hooked it up into all the accounts just to make sure and everything is ok. I just changed the password. The price is fine. I would use them again in the future.
