I paid extra for them to seal my grout and there is stuff on the surface of the tile that doesn't come off. It won't come off over time so they know how to do the work, but it needs to be tightly monitored. He should not leave any team without a supervisor who takes responsibility for the work. He was the only one responsible. He had a bunch of, two or three men here, but there was nobody saying, no we do it.
