The concrete is now crumbling and Andrew Levee will not return my calls.

Provide specific instructions, mark with painting boundaries of areas to be cleared, areas to stack cleared material, trees to be removed, remaining trunks to be removed or stay, etc. Agree on a price per day for crew(s) and an estimate of number of days to accomplish your scope of work. Agree on cost of any minor or major changes that you may require after awarding the initial scope of work.
