I contracted with a pool construction company to build a pool in my backyard at my home in Sugar Land, however after seven months of little action the company went out of business.  I needed someone to help me get my pool project back on track and get it finished.  Backyard Celebrations already provided excellent scheduled pool cleaning services at a rental home that I own in Sugar Land, so I reached out to the owner Joel Jackson to see if he could assist me in coordinating the various tasks and vendors to complete the unfinished pool project at the home I live in.  He coordinated with the equipment manufacturer, pool plaster, paver patio, the City of Sugar Land for the permitting, and more.  He got my project back on track and finished within a month.  We agreed on a consulting fee for the amount of remaining work that was required, he also negotiated with the vendors to get me the best possible prices considering taking into consideration my situation.  I was really in a tough situation, and without Joel's consulting assistance I would still be dealing with this.

This company is very busy so it took about 2 weeks longer than originally anticipated.  I was also missing some water line tiles, and they uniquely took them from the back of my skimmer area and repaired the missing tiles, then plastered the area were they got the tiles out of the skimmer.  I was really pleased that they were "thinking outside of the box" so that I didn't have to do a big change-out of my water line tiles.  They also replaced a couple of broken spray nozzles in the pool and added 2 additional drains in my decking where there were low spots and water would collect.  Once they started the work on removing the old plaster, the price was increased by $900, because additional work was uncovered that needed to be performed.  All in all a very nice plaster job, my pool looks like new.
