This was a small leak in a common drain pipe that passes between my condo and the one below me. It was very hard to detect but I observed Michael Evans (the owner) work diligently and patiently till he found it and made the repair. Be sure you don't confuse this with the other Affordable Plumbing since their name does not include heating and air at the end.
I totally trust this company because I watched his every move for about 2 hours and found him to be impeccably honest. I do not know how much he charged since I am in a home owners association and they paid the bill. However I will get a quarterly statement from them with the charge on it as part of the total expenses for the association.
