I told them that we needed Tuttle Plumbing to auger the sewer pipes in
the front yard. They said they would come back to do this. I called
them and they said that their auger broke and needed to get another
auger from Wisconsin. I thought, a big plumbing company has only one
auger? The call center guy said an auger was ordered and they would
call me back. Two weeks went by and no phone call. I called and this
guy said that they still haven't got an auger. Keep in mind our
plumbing was not in good working order, and when i called this guy in
the call center he actually said, 'we don't actually have a great
urgency for an auger because we don't use them that often.' That is
all I needed to hear, we went with another professional company.l

I was surprised that you wanted to wait until we received our new machine when we spoke. I was under the impression that you wanted to run the drain as a precaution. Had I known your plumbing was not working, I would have advised you to call someone else. Sorry for the confusion."

Ronnie and associate arrived promptly, and performed a list of services to help prepare a 15 year-old home for sale.
They repositioned a T&P valve on the hot water heater (major job); repaired a kitchen faucet; repaired a slide bar and re-set a commode in the master bath, and checked shower diverters in both baths. All work was top-quality and professional. After the work was done, the crew showed me what they had done, and checked the home inspection sheet to ensure that any items noted were addressed.
We have used Tuttle Plumbing and Air Conditioning before (once for a midnight emergency), and always found the folks there to be courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and reliable. These folks know what they are doing, and they do it well.
