I have waited over a month to have my A/C repaired by Troy from TexAire by way of American home Shield. My first request was given on May 5th in which I had to call myself to make an appointment. Due to my work schedule I asked for a certain time. As I get to my home Troy seemed annoyed that I was on time for my appointment as he was very early. He then proceeds to not communicate what processes or parts that are needed to repair my A/C or the time line. He actually just left my home and even left the gate open where my dogs could get out. I called and asked if he was done and when should I expect a return visit. That's when he told me what was needed. At this point I waited to call him in 2 weeks just to get an update. Troy, never answered my calls of text. I hat to get AHS to call him just to get some insight on my repair. This went on for well over a month! I'm still with out A/C, he told AHS he had the part and would call me. HE NEVER CALLED! NOT ONE TIME IN A MONTH. But he also told AMS I need to pay 250 for some type of fee. I called other A/C companies who said they had never heard of this. However , I find this this company to be non-responsive and very unprofessional. I honestly don't understand how they can stay in business. I would never recommend them

He never showed up on appointment day by American home shield. He doesn’t answer and it goes to a full voicemail. This guy doesn’t care about his costumers, tried to contact him for two weeks.

American Home Shield sent Texaire to my home. An appointment was made by Texaire for Friday morning between 8am-10am. When the service technician arrived on my property caution tape had been put up due to other repairs being done on the property. The service technician look a picture of the caution tape and left within 5 minutes of arriving on my property. Technician never called me to see if there was another way to gain access to the inside of the home, which there was. Upon talking to the Owner Troy Hatfield, they could not go back out to the property because they were fully booked up! Troy said he would call me when he got back to the office to see if he could “squeeze me in”. I had an appointment at 8am that did not happen. I never received a call as Troy had said he would. When I called him his voicemail was full. I called Troy’s office on Monday morning at 8am to tell them to not send anyone to my property because I had found someone else who has went out on Saturday morning, gave an estimate on the repairs and was given my authorization to complete the work. Troy claimed to not have received my message and his tech allegedly when to my property and allegedly performed $300 in repairs that I had not authorized Texaire to complete . The second HVAC company went out and completed the repairs I HAD authorized. The second HVAC company said there was no evidence that work at been done by Texaire that Monday morning. When I refused to pay Texaire the $300 I was threatened with a law suit and a lien on my home which was being sold and closed on the next day. When I told Troy that I had not authorized his company to do any work he said “he assumed the work would be authorized because of the pending sale of the home” I felt bullied into paying for services that I never authorized so the sell of my home would not be jeopardized! Troy Hatfield is a terrible business owner. Beware of this unethical business!

Fast and so courteous. I'm great full they were able to come out the next day, not even 24 hours from the phone call I made to my warranty company. I have an elderly Parent and I was concerned that they might get over heated,so they sent someone out right away. This is the first time in 5 years of repairs to my central air that the system isn't making a horrible noises sound.

Very pleasant experience. Our home warranty service dispatched TexAire Heating & Air Conditioning to assess AC problems. Mr. Troy Hatfield responded promptly, quickly determined needed remedy and repaired immediately. Mr. Hatfield was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

Texaire was sent to my home via my home warranty  company.
The owner Troy  Hatfield  was a pleasure to work  being timely, efficient and  friendly.
While he did not have my part on truck he returned promptly the next morning to install.
I would use this company again directly.
