Southwest Tree Care did a phenomenal job on my tree trimming. Adrian made a special trip out to look at the job and give me a quote, explain his approach, help me understand some things about the trees themselves to facilitate future care, and to meet me and shake my hand. He gave a very competitive rate for the job and did a great job of communicating such as letting me know when he was headed to our house with an ETA. The job itself was done quickly and it looks gorgeous without looking unnatural. We will absolutely be using his company again in the future.

Excellent the price is very fair they have a good person who has a good eye to figure out to make the tree attractive and they will be there when they say they gonna be and they took out all the garbage's out.

They did exactly what they said they would do , he did a great job. He did exactly what we asked him to do. He was on time and very professional. We already have some things set up for the future.

Did a great job removing tree and stump as well as trimming other trees but damaged roof gutters and has not repaired. Several attempts made to contact for repairs-all unanswered. If you use this company, make sure you are home to watch for damage to your home.

Had to get a very large hackberry tree removed and several other trees removed and trimmed. Adrian is very professional and did all work according to expectation. His crew accidently left some large trunks in the side yard and I let Adrian know. Within two days he came out and picked up the extra limbs and trunks. Plus! The price was the best out of the 3 other estimates I got.

the people who showed up were out standing the were early (which was okay) the came out to look at the job in person the price was what was the same as the estimate they cleaned up after the job was complete the company will use what ever type of commutation that you like (E-MAIL, phone etc.) I did think the price was a little high however after the work it was worth it

Service was performed 4 October, very prompt. They came while I was at work and were gone before I got home. Deadwood was still left in tree I requested trimmed and debris was still left in the yard. There were also gouges left in my deck as well as dents in my new gutters. I have tried to contact Adrian half a dozen times to have him come out to assess the damages and resolve this problem. I was able to make contact once and he stated he would be over after the day's work but I never received a call and he did not show up. I even attempted to call his insurance company myself but they won't pick up their phone either. I have yet to receive a receipt for services. This was my second time using Southwest Tree Care. The first experience was great, this one was poor.

I originally found and scheduled this service through Thumbtack. Adrian was very responsive and polite. He provided me estimates of the work after I sent him pictures of the trees to be trimmed.

The work had to be rescheduled once due to a problem with their truck, but they kept me in the loop and were punctual on the day of the work.

The job was completed quickly and professionally. The trees looked great afterwards, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly use their services again.

Most of the trimming was ok but they left the area A MESS!  I thought they would return the next day to finish the clean up but they did not. A few days later the owner called & asked if I was happy with the job & to arrange for payment. I told him my concerns and he came by & agreed with me & was very apologetic. He came back to my house with a crew and finished the job to my satisfaction. He took $50 off the quoted price for my trouble

They were great very professional excellent job, dangerous tree take down with no damage to my or my neighbors house.

The whole process went very well. Appointment time was accurate and the customer service was outstanding, clean up   was accomplished very well and they did not leave until I was completely satisfied. Would highly recommend their services to any one.

Adrian offered to do the service a day early due to a scheduling conflict. He waited until the next day to get paid as that was the original planned date of service.  He was polite and efficient.  I will definitely call him again next year for the tree trimming.
