I was raped by this company!!!! I was charged for a transformer that was not even in a box looked used it would fit in the palm of your hand. 229.95?? ***? Service call charge $25.00 . Get this! Two wire nuts $5.00 labor 259.00 Really for an hour and a half? At the end a total Of $578.00.If you’re not a leprechaun sitting on a pot of gold trash there ******* #!!!! Rip off artist!!!!!

They did a great job. Installing appropriate tray overflow and correct ventilation for thr gas water heater that the original installers failed to do.

They are honest and reliable. The price was high but I don't know if it would have been less. I guess it was what is normal. I don't know what's normal here. I would say it's reasonable.

If something goes wrong, we can call them and make them come out. They're very good. They seemed to do a good work. They answer any questions and they take care of everything that needs to be taken cared of. I'm very satisfied with them.

This was a bi-annual check on the Heating and A/C units installed back in 2007 by this same company. We have had good, friendly service.

tech was friendly and I felt honest, did repair for me and recommend I get new unit soon.  Says that my old unit was only putting out 6-8 seers which was not effienct.  He was correct because my unit was running all the time and not cooling well.  He was not pushy but offered my some tips on what to look out for .  I appreicate his honestly and information.

The heater closet was not able to hold the exact size of heater we wanted but we reviewed the units available and put in the best one that would fit within the area. The emergency gas shut off lever had been blocked by a previous installation and they rerouted it to make it accessable. They also reccommended a local hanyman to create an access hole so they could reroute the a/c ducts. The old unit was a 5 ton a/c but had been connected to a 3.5 ton blower. R&R installed a new 5 ton a/c and 5 ton blower. They also covered the pipes on the outside of the house in a metal box so the squirrels couldn't use the pipes to try and get into the attic area.

.They seemed to know what they were doing. They did the job well and they did it quickly.

It was a satisfactory experience.  The price was average. After they installed the air conditioning unit something happened to the coils and we had to pay another $700.00.  It was only two years old however the unit was only guaranteed for one year.  Their responsiveness was good and the came right away.  My interaction with the owner was nice and he appeared on scene.  They were very professional.

The worker was friendly, prompt, and was actually able to remember us from the last service call.

They are fantastic and we had a very good experience with them. We ended up getting a contract with them where they check our plumbing, heating and AC.

They came recommended to me from a friend. They were very prompt and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to others.

I have used them for 15 years. They are so honest and they stand behind their work. If they don't get it right the first time, you can trust that they will make it right. I trust them impeccably. Prices are competitive.

Both Ron and Bob were very polite,on time, completed every thing to my satisfaction the first time, very professional and a pleasure to work with. I can't remember the exact cost of things because I had them do so many items at different times but I thought the price was reasonable otherwise I would not have called them back after the first visit. They took great care in keeping my home clean and in order while they worked and when they were finished.

Not good. inspected for half hour to conclude what I told him was wrong---drain needs router cleaning outside. Meanwhile, replaced "leaky" toilet mechanism "at no-labor cost". It seemed to be running OK. I found later I was charged for labor anyway. The rating was C until then. No thanks, Angie.

R & R Services did a great replacing our water meter. I really can't remember what the price was, but I do know it was worth it because they got the leak stopped. I was very satisfied with them.

I was very happy with the service. We've used R&R for this service twice now. They were neat and efficient, explained everything to me and cleaned up and put everything back in place when they were done. The bill was itemized and explained everything in detail.

RON WAS A VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON. I CALLED FROM A REFERENCE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS TIMELINESS. HE WAS VERY BUSY, SO IT TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS BEFORE HE CAME. I DID NOT STRESS THE URGENCY SO THAT MAY BE THE REASON IT TOOK SO LONG.
