Perry came over same day I called and had my garage door spring swapped out and Garage door working again for a fair price. Would recommend.

I have a two car garage with a roll-up door. The torsion spring broke with the door closed and a vehicle stuck in the garage. It happened after normal business hours and several businesses I considered don't do emergency after hours calls. I called Perry and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He gave me two options: single spring, or two springs for about $100 more than a single. He did not push two springs on me but said if one breaks the other will usually allow the door to be opened with some effort. I decided to have him install two springs because I couldn't open the door at all when it had a single spring that was broken. Looks light but it's not. After installing the springs, he did some regular preventive maintenance - lubed all the rollers and hinges, checked alignment, tightened bolts, and adjusted a panel that had gotten bent when the opener tried to open the door with no help from the broken spring. Was done in an hour. Very friendly, courteous, prompt service. I think the price may be a bit higher than others I've seen until you factor in that it was an after hours emergency call.

I had mr. Perry service my garage door, was off track. He came out and put it back on track and replaced hinges, lubricated door and now sounds and runs like new! I highly recommend him and his services!
