My grandchildren go there too. They provide very good services. The doctor has a very good bedside manner. She hasn't done anything for me yet because what she wants to do needs to be approve by the VA. We are just waiting to hear back from them so we can get started.

Pat Booker Dental has an ever changing dental staff. That is the first thing wrong. In 4 years I had 4 different dentists. I finally got a really good dentist there and was very comfortable with the dentist. Then I had my teeth cleaned twice in the same year. The same dental hygienist was assigned to me both times. She was almost hostile and very unfriendly. She complained that my gums were in horrible condition and implied that I was not taking care of my teeth. She suggested that I get a water-pik and stated the one that was sold in the dental office was the best one. I declined to purchase it. She used an electric drill to clean my teeth which was an awful experience. She was incredibly rough and I asked her to stop because it was so painful. She refused to stop and said she had to finish. I did let her finish unfortunately. My teeth hurt and my whole mouth hurt for days. I called the office and spoke with my regular dentist concerning the cleaning treatment. The dentist told me that she would make sure I would be assigned another technician. When I called to make another appointment the dentist I liked had left and the staff had assigned this same technician to clean my teeth again. I cancelled the appointment and found another dentist. Surprisingly, the new Dentist and the new technician were dismayed the other dental office allowed the use of the electric drill to clean my teeth because it was dangerous and usually unnecessary. Then the new technician told me I did not have receding gums and my gums and teeth were in really good condition and that I was taking really good care of my teeth. So what a difference a different dentist makes.

|I would not recommend Pat Booker Dental to anyone.

They typically do crowns and all the typical dentist work. What I like about Dr. Ozuna is that she is very thorough, very customer oriented and she does great work. The staff there is also pleasant to work with. They put me right in with Dr. Ozuna and I will have some followup work after a few days later. I have not had to come in there where I went in and said, "Look, I need this dentist right now," so I could not tell you about that. Their office is very nice. Their billing and administration is very pleasant, very good and very helpful. They do a good job there too. The staff there is nice but they are not endearing. I have been to them for years.

They are awesome, and we have been with them about 20 years now. They are very prompt and very good. My whole family uses them. I would highly recommend them.

My mother seems to be happy with the services provided and we will use them again.....

Had a great experience here! Thorough cleaning and exam. Easy to get an appointment, office runs on time. Dental hygienist are wonderful and knowledgeable without nagging or lecturing me about flossing more. I had to come back for a filling and once again it was painless.

They are just very professional and provide good service. They have great office staff. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I have been using them for years and highly recommend them. They are always on time and you don't have to sit and wait.

They were very nice to my daughter. They were running a couple minutes behind, and they usually are, but very nice.
