Mr. Plumber

Great! Master plumber Benny did what 2 plumbers from a competitor couldn't/wouldn't do. (They claimed my pipes exited my home on the opposite side of where they actually did, that the cause of my blockage was the bowl configuration of my new brand-name M-bath toilet bowl, that I needed expensive *$10-15K) plumbing replacement, & said they couldn't run a hydro jet to clear out my home's plumbing as I didn't have any clean-out on the side of the house where they said my plumbing exited the house though I have 2 clean-outs on the other side of the house). Benny used a larger device than the competitor & traced the location of my plumbing, showing it exited my house on the same side as my clean outs & found one cause of the blockage - a section of clay sewer line that had been left from & subsequently collapsed since a sewer line replacement by the same competitor a few years ago. He proceeded to replace this section of sewer line with PVC. He also pulled one of the toilets & removed the blockage. He returned a wk. later & ran the hydro jet which cleared out any residual blockage. Problem solved! Benny cleaned up the job site completely, was very professional and knowledgeable, and was punctual.
