I had contacted him on Friday morning and he was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone. He said he had a job before mine but could install same day. Unfortunately, the other job took longer than anticipated, and by 3p I still had not heard from him. I called him and he said he would be unable to install today, but could stop by to clamp off the water to the tank, as I had to shut off the water to the whole house to get the leak to stop. He said he would install it the following morning though and told me about the additional work he planned on doing since the pipes needed replaced as well. Around 9a he called and said he was on his way. In no time he had installed the tank and all the lines to and from the tank. It looks GREAT! AND he did not try and over charge me like MANY other companies.

Quick and easy.

Excellent.  He comes into our home, gets the work done and leaves.  He has worked for us for many years and when he starts a job he does not leave you "hanging" and works tirelessly until the job is done.

Our shower backed up and another plumber came over to repair it but a few days later, it would back up again.  We finally heard of Andrew Hernandez and called him.  He took one look at everything and told us we had a backup in one of the lines underneath the house.  He found the clog, fixed it and even told us to call our insurance company to see if we could get a new shower.  He was not soliciting as he does not put in showers.  But when we called sure enough our insurance company helped with some of the expenses.  Then when we found a company to install the shower,  Andrew was hands on making sure the new drain was put in properly and that everything would drain correctly.  (at no charge).  Then when it came time to put in new shower fixtures, he knew the right place to go to get the best and most reasonable shower fixutures.  I now have a new shower that is beautiful!
