On 9/17/2013, we had a safety inspection done for our Ford Ranger and failed it due to the lack of a light over the rear state license plate. Our rear bumper had been taken off as we were expecting to have it replaced so there wasn't a light over the license plate. Not quite 2 weeks later, today on 9/30/2013, with the bumper put back on and the light working, my husband took our Ford Ranger back for another safety check only to be told we now needed new wiper blades. My husband, just wanted to get it over with because it was the last day of the month for our safety check deadline so he agreed to pay for them to replace the wiper blades. We feel we were taken advantage of by this business since the wiper blades needing to be replaced was never mentioned on the first safety inspection. So instead of paying the regular $14.50 for a state safety check, we paid $49.12. My husband used to take his truck to this Jiffy Lube on a pretty regular basis for oil changes, but we refuse to continue to do business with people we feel we can't trust.

Fast and smooth. My only complaint is that they always try to convince me to install new air filters and all that needs to be done is to shake out the old filter, which they say they are not allowed to do.

My Toyota takes nearly 6 quarts, so there's an extra charge. Jiffy lube is always reliable. I always bring a coupon. They always have one on their website, if you don't get one otherwise. Professional, courteous and quick. I've used other, cheaper places, but he wait times can be horrendous.
