I didn't know who to call when I began to have issues with my computer, but, after reading reviews from other customers on Angie's List, I gave Donald a call. I was very pleased with the work he did and the advice and suggestions he provided. My computer works great now!

Donald is fantastic. Donald upgraded our software from Vista to Windows 10. He promised everything would be where it was before the upgrade and it was! He is efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and has the gift of being able to explain complex technology to someone who doesn't know it.

Based on my description of what was going on, Donald said he would upgrade it to Win10 as there were some corruption errors going on with Win8 OS. He had me bring my desktop to his place of business so I wouldn't be charged for all the wait time to upgrade, but just his actual hands-on time. I was able to drop off my computer same day as making the call. He called me the very next day, a day ahead of what he promised. There were some hardware drivers that needed updated, something going on with Google that he corrected, and he installed Win10. I have had the computer back for a couple of days now with no issues. I appreciated his thoroughness and knowledge. His hourly fee was extremely reasonable and he will be my go-to-person in the future for my computer issues. He also builds custom rigs, so I will also be utilizing his service for when that time comes as his pricing is way better than what you can buy off-the-shelf.

Mr. Bean arrived on time, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He is a good listener and an expert at computers. Mr. Bean immediately went to work on our problems and repaired and explained what he did. Mr. Bean was excellent at keeping us informed of all the new ways to best navigate through our devices. After he completed the work he made sure all our questions were answered. Mr. Bean is the best referral from Angies list that I have used.

It went very smoothly.  Because of the initial problem, he determined that he would need to keep it for 24 hours.  In less than 24 hours the job was complete.  I picked it up and it's operating beautifully.

This guy was magnificent.  He had an old-school work ethic and went the extra mile on many fronts without charge.  He even offered to let me call for remote tech support if I need anything else small.  He's my go-to computer guy now.

There nothing that I didn't like, the service was great, the gentle man was very helpful and he did a great job of cleaning up my computer. The price was outstanding.

Mr. Bean is fantastic. We took the computer to his home where he has his business. He cleaned the whole thing, fixed the virus problem in less than 24 hours for less than $100... it's now running great. We would definitely use him in the future.

It's No Secret Computer Service is operated in his home by Donald Bean, who actually understands computer hardware, as well as having all the equipment for analyzing software problems.  I needed a new major component because one of the capacitators had "exploded."  It worked like a charm for a while, until I installed some new software which caused other problems and attacked my Word Perfect program, which I had used for many years.  Since I was not eager to learn a new word processing system, I took the computer and the original disk back to Mr. Bean (lucky I had kept it) and he re-installed it and it works like a charm now.  
He is quick and charges exactly what he says it will cost, and the part that he installed he sold it to me for exactly what he paid for it, even though he had to spend some of his time going to buy it.  
I would give him an A+.

Great. Don took my tower, removed malware. He installed a different anti virus program. I was using McAffee and it was not doing a very good job. Don also installed a utilities cleaning program. Don was fast, efficient, and told me to call him anytime I had questions about the maintenance of my computer. I highly recommend this young man's service!

CPU was built from the "ground up" with all the appropriate software/hardware.  Transferred all data from old CPU to new one.  Wonderful, professional, on-time and on-budget job.  Would highly recommend It's No Secret Computer Services to anyone.

Awesome service and desktop.  I have not had any problems with the system. the sound system is wonderful!  Excellent service from someone who really knows his business.

I thought I needed a new sound card for my computer. Donald found it was another problem. He solved it and took care of some other issues and he charged me for one-hour' time.

We like him quite a lot, and he was very fast. He offered to maintain our computers for us long distance, and the next time our computer went bad, we couldn't get online because of the internet, so we didn't go with him. We really liked him, he was very helpful, and very fast. His prices are very reasonable, always less than $200.
